13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Negotiation: We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
3. Jurisdiction: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia

13.3 EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform for resolving disputes.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hubtal regarding your use of the Services.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by:
